  • Provide administrative support to A&G quality team
  • Coordinate all quality related issue and/or product testing with the Director production quality

Key Responsibilities:

Claim Management

  • Acts as an initial contact for the quality related (e.g. claims), handles and settles the issues if required
  • Maintains accurate records of the quality issues, consolidate the information and informs the management & the respected LOs


  • Updates and communicates the quality-specific documents (e.g. Quality Standard & Procedures) when requested
  • Continuously improve on the standardization and clarity of document/report layouts.


  • Generate, consolidate and create the required reports regularly and deliver those reports to the management for review regularly
  • System Management
  • Maintains the adidas online systems (e.g. CPSIA/SharePoint), ensures that documents are up-to-date data and assist in resolving system errors (when needed).

Product testing

  • Provides administrative support, coordinates and assures together with Project Management the product testing according to the time schedule, administers test results in the relevant system i.e. Flex PLM (if required).

Requisite Education/Experience:

  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Computer skills (Office applications, SharePoint, Database)
  • Understanding of logistical operations
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree from educational entity.  It’s preferable if the specialty in Admin and Database Management.

Support and assist the Manager HR in providing “one-stop-shopping” HR service and support and in being the “business partner and consultant” to defined support area. Ensure that the internal customers get the expected value from HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers and ensure that business needs are supported from an HR perspective and taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives.
  • Work closely with Line Management of defined support area in structuring and developing their respective teams (e.g. Team Line Up, regular HR fitness check) and support agreed action plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process for non-managerial positions (in alignment with the Manager HR) according to defined standards.
  • Support and undertake short and midterm Personnel Marketing activities to attract right candidates and build relationships with key universities.
  • Support the execution of salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments in accordance with the GSMS process.
  • Support the implementation of D&T tools and concepts. Liaise with the Competence Center Development & Training, Line Management and employees in regard to Fit for Today and tailor-made training/ development activities.
  • Support the training and development needs analysis and follow up on D&T impact for defined support area.
  • Support internal customers during annual Team Line Up (TLU) and Performance Evaluation and Planning (PEP) phase including the follow up of agreed actions.
  • Support and run projects/initiatives which are derived out of the Group HR, Global Operations and HR Support Area business plans or other business needs
  • Ensure that HR standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented in support area.
  • Organize and carry out general administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager HR (announcements, application for work and residence permit, HR reports, etc)
  • Ensure regular and proper updates of SAP and all relevant HR lists (applicants, open positions, new employees/ transfers/ leaves, information for Performance Management department, etc)
  • Support the on boarding process of new employees from HR side

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Mature, well-organized, a self starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Customer oriented, approachable, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work independently under little guidance on several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
  • More than 5 years progressive experience in HR (preferably in an international organization)
  • English fluent (written and oral)
  • Vietnamese fluent (written and oral)

Position Summary:

The Staff Engineer Process Engineering will be responsible for manufacturing/industrialization activities for golf head components.  The engineer’s primary role will be to work with our Vietnam Manufacturing Operations to execute the manufacturing of new products to a high level of success.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between engineering teams in US, VN and our VN vendors
  • Perform design feasibility evaluations to ensure seamless transition of golf components into high volume manufacturing
  • Coordination of all tooling/samples/FAI through manufacturing and testing
  • Develop/approve manufacturing instructions using manufacturing engineering practices
  • Execute daily production line auditing including yield analysis and continuous improvement activities
  • Perform product, process and fixture qualifications
  • Perform statistical analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and improved efficiency
  • Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls.
  • Perform outgoing product inspection verification and inspector training both for internal and external teams
  • Provide production support for component and component assembly

Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:

  • S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • 4+ years experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Completion of Lean Manufacturing training + minimum 2 years working directly on processes using Lean principles
  • Experience working on individual and team projects with successful results

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Must be familiar with a variety of manufacturing processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable coordination of projects within departments and outside consultants.
  • Has demonstrated ability of initiative; able to work effectively in a team
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
