||Your key role is to assit your team in Consumer Technical (product) Insight program and work stream for Masan Consumer for Regular consumer research, Data analysis & mining, U&A (Consumer Usage & Attitude) studies.
Look for local technical/product insights to support innovation projects
– Understand technical/product needs to deliver insights into key projects (unlocking consumer and technical product insights that will drive Masan R&D programs).
– Identify insights that will drive new product & pack opportunities for a new products portfolio, based on the analysis of trends, consumer needs, new technology impact on consumers, initiating and designing clear understanding plans etc.
– Develop and execute Technical Consumer Strategic Understanding Plans within your Category.
– Assist your team in designing and leading the collation of Technical Habits and Attitude studies and translate them into actionable insightfully technicalopportunities.
– Conduct the product performance benchmarking and gap opportunities analysis vs. competition to guide portfolio management
Innovation Project Role
– Co-ordinate and assist (including detailed technical product test plans) all the Consumer Technical Insight work of your group to support the innovation plan including the related costs and timings.
– Analyze consumer test data using Multi-faceted statistical approaches, drawing out big and relevant technical consumer insights, trends etc. (for the statistics expertise, you will be helped and supported by the your group manager & CTI Senior Manager).
– Ensure that we remain at the forefront of test methodologies and best practice usage making sure we have optimal usage of test facilities and Agencies.
CTI skill and capability development
– Develop expertise with Masan R&D
– Participate to skill development programes, with the emphasis on the application of best practice.
– Support your group in the execution of the CTI and sensory program (at the beginning, your group will be helped and supported by the CTI Sr. Manager).
CTI skill and capability development & supplement role: when required to support the other groups within CTI team (mostly internal testing) and R&D (mostly related to process…).
|Yêu cầu công việc
||Education: A University degree in one of the following areas; consumer psychology, nutrition science, sensory science, market research, marketing or business.
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience and substantial track record in a Market Research, Marketing or R&D Research function. These experiences should include at least 2 years in a Consumer Insight role.
- Sensory evaluation: some practical experiences in executing product test (IHV, CLT…) are necessary.
- Consumer insight: basic skills in the use of principles, concepts and techniques for product testing and consumer testing (qualitative and quantitative).General marketing knowledge needed.
- Great project management skills
- Technical skills: basic testing and sensory testing techniques. Basic statistical practical knowledge is needed (e.g.: SPSS)
- Good communication skill and planning skill.
- English (Reading and speaking) is a must:.
- Having the spirit of team working (What could I do my best to help my team?)
- Having sense and the drive of “can do” (What should I do my best to move things forward?)
- Self-management (Although I always have the support from my team, I should be the one who know and who do the best my own job).
- Pressure resistance capacity (The market moves fast, my team tries to do the best it can. So do I).
