|What you will do:
- Sales field operations: ensure to achieve the sales objectives
- Ensure covering and right frequency of visits target customers by developing the daily call plan and by implementing the call visit as planned.
- Promote and sell Sanofi Oncology products to target audiences based on action plan and marketing strategy.
- Update knowledge of products and provide product information to target customers.
- Insure the product’s availability at the pharmacy for on time drug supply to patient.
- Follow and analyse sales figures of hid territory, measure gaps and propose an action plan to improve the sales performance.
- Customers relationship management
- Convince and establish privileged relations with key customers
- Collect and update Data customers
- Seek for customers need and propose actions to meet customers’ demands to insure the customers’ satisfaction
- Implementation of Marketing
- Organize and attend symposium, RTMs
- Implement projects related to customers
- Communication and report
- Collect and report on market and competitors and give constructive feedback
- To report call visit on optima
- Participate in team meeting and share constructive feedback and ideas
