1. F&B Assistant

2. Cook/Commis

Job description

  • Prepare food according to Sushi King quality standards;
  • Maintain highest level of food quality;
  • Ensure the cleanliness in all work assignments
  • Maintain the inventory record in the restaurant;
  • Responsible for hygiene practices in the kitchen;
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking appliances is required;
  • Particular cooking skill (salmon-cutting, sushi making etc) for the main dishes are required;
  • Basic English or Japanese communication is required;
  • Honest, active, enthusiastic and hard working;
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public holidays;
  • 1 year of experience

3. Restaurant Manager

Job description

  • Ensure that the Outlet is managed efficiently according to established concepts statements
  • Strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and that all costs controlled
  • Ensure that the monthly forecasted revenue figures are achieved with excellent service standards
  • Manage work schedule and assign responsibilities to subordinates/ employees and monitor their performance closely
  • Monitor and conduct monthly inventory checks on all stocks, operating equipment and supplies and ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped
  • Supervise of restaurant staff, interviewing, hiring and training staff and ensure all staffs are adhered on the company policy
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Work closely with the Chef on daily operational quality and maintaining good customer relationship, developing menu
  • Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • A University degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Japanese restaurants
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English
  • Be able to speak Japanese with Japanese customers;
  • Ability to develop rapport with people at all levels
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Good at MS office
  • An honest, mature, innovative, self-motivated, polite and active team player with good interpersonal skills.

4. Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job description
  • Ensure smooth day to day operations of the restaurant
  • Responsible for the scheduling of work and the appropriate allocation of duties to staff
  • Supervise and direct staff to guarantee guest satisfaction in regards to food quality, sanitation and service
  • Ensure consistent high quality of customer service
  • Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
  • Attend to customers’ needs and respond to complaints promptly
  • Manage and maintain operational records which include inventory, sales and cash on hand reports
  • Assist in hiring, training of food service personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Job requirements:
  • College graduate or above, preferably with major in Hospitality management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good at MS. Office
  • Can speak Japanese and basic English
  • Good at Communication, Leadership and Problem solving skill.
  • Mature, responsible, honest, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking

5. Nhân Viên Bếp

Mô tả công việc

  • Duy trì chất lượng món ăn ở mức cao nhất;
  • Duy trì thực hiện kiểm kê lượng hàng trong kho của nhà hàng;

  • Có kỹ năng thực hiện các món chính (làm sushi, làm cá…)
  • Biết tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật cơ bản
  • Thật thà, năng động, kiên nhẫn và chăm chỉ
