Job summary

  • Implements the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally for One J&J Vietnam cross business sectors (Medical Devices, Pharma, Consumer) under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Officer to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Serves as a strategic business partner for local management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Involve in development and execute processes to effectively drive HCC compliance and improvements in line with changing business needs and the regulatory environment
  • Lead implementation of the Health Care Business Integrity Guide (FCPA)
  • Lead & drive due diligence process for distributor and other third party management
  • Interface with all relevant parties including senior management and HCPs regarding HCC requirements and interpretations
  • Responsible for HCC education and training programs for all staff and relevant third parties
  • Support in the implementation an appropriate annual certification process for all employees
  • Responsible for managing HCC self-monitoring, testing, self-assessment and risk assessment processes

Artwork (for VAS material) follow up

  • Work closely and follow up with MKT, QA, RA to ensure AW approval and availability on time for production

VAS material ordering and receiving

  • Create PR in SAP system
  • Follow up with MKT and FIN for approval
  • Follow up with Procurement, PO approvers for PO’s approval
  • Send PO to supplier for product after it’s approved
  • Tracking with supplier until VAS material delivered to 3PL on time, in full, in right quality
