  • Assist in the development of the Brand Marketing plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and indentifying key issues and opportunities
  • Assist in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy

  • Lead the delivery of Turnover, Market Share and Perfect Store scores for a given customer and category(s) within allocated budgets
  • Drive the execution of all promotions and activation within the given customer for given categories

Yêu cầu công việc

Main  Job  Purpose:

  • Intimately understanding the WCM philosophy, which demands targeted investment in productivity improvement, whilst ruthlessly targeting waste and expense
  • Inculcating this philosophy across all factory personnel
  • Full Operating knowledge of WCM pillar structure and how pillars inter-link to deliver and sustain real business improvements.  WCM focus is the elimination of losses and waste.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coach and develop teams to implement effectively the WCM tools linking these to the reduction of losses in the factory
  • Ensure that autonomous teams and teams are adhering to the overall WCM Pillar Plan
  • Conduct WCM assessments with semi-autonomous and autonomous teams to assist them driving down Losses and Waste
  • Lead and facilitate WCM workshops, which focus on priority losses (liaise closely with HR, the Skills Trainer and Manufacturing Manager to integrate and synergize all training and analytical interventions)
  • Ensure that WCM activities, learning and training are embedded in a positive SHE culture
  • Support the development of local WCM training material, but draw on global material wherever possible
  • Support teams in assessing risks for Autonomous Activities and Preventative Maintenance including Task Hazard Analysis
  • Implement and support WCM issues that reduce environmental impacts and costs associated with utilities, chemicals and product and operational wastes through maximizing eco-efficient operation

  • Thẩm định kết quả phân tích, kiểm tra chất lượng  thành phẩm do thợ vận hành thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn quy định trên dây chuyền
  • Nhập dữ liệu lên hệ thống SAP và các hệ thống chất lượng liên quan.
  • Xác nhận tình trạng chất lượng thành phẩm trên hệ thống. Cho phép xuất kho nếu sản phẩm đạt chất lượng. Ngăn chặn, giữ lại  sản phẩm không phù hợp tại phân xưởng
  • Tuân thủ các qui trinh, hướng dẫn chất lượng liên quan.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm bảo quản các hồ sơ và tài liệu chất lượng.
  • Báo cáo các chỉ tiêu về chất lượng cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp.
  • Vận hành và hiệu chuẩn các thiết bị, dung cụ phân tích các chỉ tiêu chất lượng tại phòng thí nghiệm phân xưởng
  • Tham gia giải quyết những vấn đề chất lượng liên quan đến sản phẩm không phù hợp
  • Hỗ trợ các hoạt động kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm khác khi có yêu cầu.
  • Lưu mẫu thành phẩm, hủy thành phẩm hết thời gian lưu, thải bỏ hóa chất theo đúng thủ tục qui định.
  • Thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn an toàn, đặc biệt đối với chất dễ cháy, chất ăn mòn và chất độc trong phòng thí nghiệm QC
