  1. HR OFFICER

Job Descriptions

  • Receive training request form Line managers; Follow up training courses from Training HQ
  • Be in charge of training for new staffs (about AEON’s principle, Customer Service, C&B, etc)
  • Conduct the training programs as planed and training events (if any) with highly productive and professional
  • Prepare logistics for training (book room & projector, send invitation, check attendance, etc)
  • Manage timeline and report for training courses as well as training for new staff
  • Make Training monthly report in time and correctly

Recruitment activities (for Group Leader & Acting)

  • Receive & verify request to hire from Line Managers by checking headcount quota & consulting with supervisor
  • Design recruitment announcement
  • Search, screen & select CVs; contact candidates for interview
  • Be in charge Acting (announce position, collect application form, conduct & ensure Acting period as scheduled)

SAP system

  • Be in charge of checking attendance, work closely with other departments to fix SAP‘s errors regarding to shiftplan (shift, nightshift, annual leave, over time, etc), make sure time keeping to be completed exactly
  • Key Cessation, Maternity, Resume work, Long term action in SAP’s system
  • Control day off, annual leave be used properly
  • Check full fill information of all employees (PIT, SHUI, Bank account…)
  • Follow and complete the procedure of resignation; prepare decision on termination of labor contract; be in charge Exit interview
  • Calculate temporary payroll, print & send payslip for temporary staff

Manage & update data file (All employees, Temporary, Resigned, Annual Leave & Maternity)

Job Requirements

  • University/College degree

Job Descriptions

Payroll

  • Hiring new staff, cessation leaving staff on HRPRo (time management machine for parttime staff)
  • Check attendance, work closely with other department to fix data
  • Calculate payroll, make sure data correctly and payment on time
  • Print and send pay lips to staff
  • Answer staff’s queries about payment

Recruitment and training activity

  • Follow up with other departments about hiring request
  • Remind subordinates for daily recruitment activity
  • Back up training new staff in case of needed
  • Back up interview general staff in case of needed
  • Manage interview Group Leader
  • Check hiring request, random check interview activity

Check  attendance for fulltime staff

SAP system

  • Edit SAP’s errors regarding shift plan (i.e. time event, shift, night shift, annual leave, etc.)
  • In charge of process on SAP such as: Hiring, cessation, transfer, longtime absence, resume work,…

Data management and Reports

  • Manage all information of employees, make sure employees’ data correctly
  • Check information and provide report when necessary
  • Be in charge of headcount and turnover rate report
  • Employees weekly report
  • Other C&B reports as assigned by HR HQ

Labor contract

  • Make labor contract for new staff
  • Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal
  • Follow tightly probation time and labor contract’s expiration to process evaluation on time
  • Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time

HR management

  • Supervise and follow up subordinate’s tasks daily to ensure HR store’s work run smoothly
  • Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity
  • Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works
  • Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes
  • Build and promote teamwork spirit

Job Requirements

  • University/College degree
  • Minimum 05 year of related experience in HR
  • Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication and problem solving skill and leader skill
