Opening Positions

I. Programme Advisor:

Department: English Language Training (ELT)

Job Purpose: Handling programmes consultation, sales and customer care activities

Working Relationships: Coordinate and support relevant departments

Internal: ELT, Academic, Marketing, Accounts
External: Customers and students

* Responsibilities
1. Handle student enrolment
- Sign up students for courses
- Arrange payment for courses
- Check the inquiries
- Arrange class transfers
- Arrange school fee refunds
- Arrange school fee savings
- Assign classes and level placement for students
- Follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer

2. Handle programmes consultations and sales activities
- Introduce the company
- Clarify customers’ needs
- Give pre-consultations
- Get students’ information
- Arrange placement tests
- Deliver programmes / course consultations

3. Handle customer care activities
- Handle customer complaints, customer requests
- Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
- Update waiting lists
- Follow up booking lists
- Do the telesales
- Email to customers as requested

4. Handle customer payment
- Receive customer payments
- Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO

5. Administration tasks
- Manage students’ documents
- Make reports: Visit, New Sales, Summer Courses...

* Qualifications
- Good product knowledge

- College/University graduated is an advantage

II. Business Support Supervisor:

Department: Centre Management Department (CMD)
Reports To: Regional Centre Manager (RCM)
Job Purpose: Support CM in handling HO functions at centre(s) 

Working Relationships : Work with Centre Manager (CM), Academic Manager and person in charge in HO and/or centres on business support functions 
- Internal: All HO departments
- External: Local authorities

Responsibilities: Suppliers and other partners as assigned by CM, RCM
HR & Admin
- Support CM/RCM in executing HR key functions: recruitment, events, C&B, T&D
- Support teachers in visa, work permit
- Support HR, CM in organizing events for teachers, staff
- Support other HR admin tasks as required
- Handle admin task of the centres
- Supervise Tax and Treasury Officer on behalf of CM
- Support CM in cost control
- Make sure company standards, procedures, policies are followed
- Support staff in centres about using ERP 
- Coordinate with HO and/or vendor when centres need IT support
Facility management
- Make sure the company facility standards are followed
- Coordinate with HO and/ or vendor when centres need maintenance support

III. Customer Care Supervisor:

Department: English Language Training
Reports To: Department Manager (DM) or Centre Manager (CM)
Direct Subordinates: Teaching Assistants (TA) / Customer Care Officer (CCO)

Job Purpose In charge of re-enrollment and customer service at centre as per the company’s budget and target. Monitor staff and teaching assistants’ performance to make sure their performance is accurate, professional and effective

Working Relationships 
Internal: FO, Academic, ELT, TA and HO departments
External: Customers

- Monitor on-going class weekly to take prompt action for any issue to make sure customers are happy
- Monitor re-enrollment weekly to make sure that CCO follow up re-enrollment well
- Monitor administration for re-enrollment process to avoid problem and make customer happy
Customer satisfaction (CSS) 
Customer Care
- Monitor CCO and TA Team to deliver good customer service and customer care
- Maintain and improve customer service and care at centre
- Handling requests and complaints
- CSS Follow Up
- Monitor pass/fail rate
Training and Development
- Conduct Workshop/Training for TA and CCO
- Suggest courses to Academic/HO
- CCO and TA Development
Centre operations 
Property management
- Maintain the building (office, classrooms, corridors, lobby, stairs, lifts, WCs, etc) in proper conditions: tidy, clean and safe;
- Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper conditions: clean, safe and workable;
Staff supervising
- Observe/monitor to make sure CCO’s performance is accurate and professional;
- Monitor to make sure CCO follow policies, procedures, instructions, internal regulations and standards;
- Check ERP to make sure every process is applied correctly;
- Arrange staff working schedule
- Responsible for appropriate forecast and ordering of books and materials for centre use 
Course administration
- Before a class start: classroom, teacher, TAs, books, CDs, POS, resources;
- During the course: class visit, callings, tests, resources, survey, results, telesales
- Prepare and organize all ELT activities for students at centre
- Support all local marketing events at centre
TA management

IV. Education Technology Manager:

- Advise product development team in IT developments to ensure alignment with the company’s business strategy.
- Lead and manage web application team to deliver effective and efficient results of IT developments in specific functional areas including learning management systems, course management system and company specific web applications and web applications support
- Develop and update IT policies, IT regulations and MIS documentation system (processes, procedures, work instructions, technical documents, etc.)
- Research New Technology & Submit Proposals

- University degree in IT or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience and strong command in developing and managing Education Technology systems consisting of learning management systems, Google apps for education administration, working knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, business applications and IT support in order to run learning managements systems and integration into corporate size ERP systems. 
- At least 2 years of experience in post of education technology management working in companies having 20,000+ students
- At least 3 years of experience in leading/managing a team of 5+ subordinates
- Strong command in business processes

- Technical background: Basic working knowledge of large scale structured databases, object oriented programming, and the full stack of web applications. 
- Good working knowledge of Google apps for education including writing and maintaining applications for supporting the business. 
- Strong understanding or Google apps for education administration.
- Experience in UX and UI research and implementation of best practices. 
- Experience and strong command in at least one of ERP system and business processes.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese preferred

Computer: Good skills in office and Google software applications.
