  • Check artwork
  • Check officialised formula online

Sub-Label

  • Co-operate with Marketing and Training to get information of new product
  • Update new information of new product to Master Files
  • Prepare the sub-label size and instruct position of sub-label
  • Contact supplier to print sub-label for FGs in Packing List
  • Contact supplier to print sub-label for Tester/Sample/PRS after actual inspection
  • Contact supplier to print sub-label for FGs transferred to Tester
  • Summarize total quantity and double check versus delivery note in the end of the month
  • Receive information and coordinate to solve all sub-label’s issues: size, content…
  • Monthly check missing FG-tester-sample sub-labels of all counter and fulfill
  • Keep tracking plastic sticker stock and replenish
  • Replenish “tester/gift not for sales” label for counters
  • Replace old tester’s sub-label for counters

Customs Clearance

  • Provide Notification’s information for Customs Clearance
  • Provide all product’s information for Customs Clearance

Work Relationship
