Job Description

Report to: Sales Supervisor

  1. Outlet Management

- To work at appointed working territory/location with EOE’s KPI

- Visit outlet following MJP and fully complete the ORC for every visit:

ᵜ 10 to 12 outlets for SR who in-charge of on-premise outlet only

ᵜ 20 to 30 outlets for SR who in-charge of off-premise outlet only

ᵜ 15 to 25 outlets for SR who in-charge of on/off-premise outlet together

- Maintain good relationship with the owner

- Collect all needed information as company requirement

- To negotiate with the owner about tie-up contract

- Execute prominent merchandising/branding as EOE KPI guideline

- Conduct trade/consumer program

- Ensure that all promotion programs are paid on time

- Ensure that POSM is used rightly for selling purpose

- Coordinate with PC/team leader to manage SA

- Remind order taking

- For DB outlet:

- Ensure that all MT keg/CO2 /DB machine are available at outlet.

- Conduct annual stock count.

Distributor Management:

  • To work and coordinate with appointed distributor
  • Maintain good relationship with distributor
  • To coordinate with distributor to expand distribution and conduct/pay all promotion programs with customer/outlets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all our products are kept at good condition
  • Ensure that distributor conduct FIFO as our requirement
  • Ensure that distributor supply our product to customer on time
  • Ensure that distributor to achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Ensure that distributor pay for outstanding on time
  • Conduct monthly review with the distributor covering the above mentioned items.
  • To build up the distribution schedule.

Distribution

  • To identify leading and supporting SKU for each outlet maximizing the brand portfolio.
  • Identify and establish flagship outlets.
  • To expand and develop distribution in the appointed territory
  • To achieve monthly new distribution targets and identify new outlets in the market.
  • To attack and secure competitor outlets that meets the requirements of our brands.

Coordination

  • To coordinate with other colleague to implement the event/function
  • To coordinate with other sections/departments for completing sales purpose
  • To have team work spirit in working 

Administration
Have to complete all needed paper work as company requirement as below:
- Outlet visit: ORC, Night Visit Schedule, DB Outlet (DB Machine installation proposal/contract; ORC for MT keg/CO2
accounting; Statement report)
- Distributor: Monthly sales Report or DIS report (without SS);
- Tie – up: Tie-up proposal/Tie-up contract
- SRC/Tie-up payment/GRN
- Promotion: SRC/Promotion summary/GRN,
- BP: - SRC; Working time sheet/Sales updated (Except HN, Vinh+HP city)
- POSM: POS proposal/GRN; Fridge proposal/GRN

Job Requirement

- College graduate: Economics
- Reasonable mathematical skills to understand pricing strategies and sales volumes
- Good in English (Speaking )
- Good communication and negotiation skills with an ability to forge strong relationships
- Minimum 1 years working experience in similar job

Job Title: IT Functional Lead – BASE ERP Project

Report to: Finance Manager

Department: Finance

1/ Position Summary

The IT Functional Lead’s primary objective is to gather process and configuration information from the key users and map the gaps. These individuals may develop process flowcharts for the existing and newsystem processes, develop methods of resolving process gaps, identify report and data requirements for the respective modules to support the end users, and identify data conversion requirements. Functional Lead are responsible for coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration, module testing, scheduling key users for system tests, preparing process documents, approving training documentation and some end user training.

2/ Major Responsibilities

- Identification and analysis of user requirements within their functional areas

- Provide expert knowledge of the IT area.

- Understand the “as-is” environment and provide functional expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices.

- Be responsible for the successful closing of gaps.

- Ensure configuration, processing and implementation of functional area software modules.

- Reconcile the user requirements to the new system capabilities.

- Liaise between the user community and project team; Act as a mentor and liaison to other users of that functional area.

- Identify and implement business process improvements and changes.

- Act as the transformation agent to identify process improvement opportunities within the new ERP or business software application.

- Actively promote the adaptation of business practices and adoption of processes utilized by the new software system.

- Sponsor the change management required for cautious or resistant users.

- Work with users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the software application.

- Work with users to foster active participation and ownership of the new system.

- Schedule and provide dedicated end-user training without interruptions.

- Provide a communication link between project teams through attendance at regular Project Team or Team Leader meetings.

- Contribute to status reporting.

- Thoroughly test the software and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met.

- Input issues into the main log (e.g. open issues log) that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and also follow-through on resolution of those issues.

Job Requirement

1/ Qualifications/ Education And Experience

- University degree in information technology and/or computer science.

- At least 5 years of experience in IT area, preferably exposure to the relevant ERP (J.D Edward system).

- Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.

- Good analytical and project management skills.

- Effective time management skills.

- Excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation.

- Good organisational skills.

- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.

- Excellent written and verbal English.

To be in charge of reporting BCS, CIL and Supply chain dash board to Group OTIF

- To direct, coordinate, maintain and ensure consistency of data reporting system, periodical reporting of all supply chain performance comply with company, group requirement and regulations.

- To update all savings from Supply chain performance.

- To liaise with supply chain business controller to prepare the monthly/ quarterly supply chain business performance review if any.

To assist Supply Chain Manager in cost control and annual budget/overheads and other sections in SC in monthly cost performance

- To raise and follow up administratively Supply Chain Capex, liaising with Finance for correct completion and tracking progress of Capex approval.

- To assist SCM in updating of BMO operating targets, objectives, plan and budget/overheads.

- To analyse monthly SDC real costs and compare to budgeted SDC costs and coordinate with other sections to reduce costs/loss if any.

To be a member of TPM pillar: To take part in TPM improvement activities if required.

Job Requirement

POSITION SUMMARY:The Innovation & Portfolio Manager is an integral ‘business partner’ to OpCo Leadership, Marketing and Sales by providing strategic intelligence and identification and development of innovation opportunities relating to the business – To help strengthen portfolio, brand, and innovation strategies and plans, leading to the achievement of global innovation rate targets to help meet strategic business objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide key category growth drivers for beer and cider in our portfolio strategy
  • Show vision in leading HH’s innovation funnel- Foresight: Informing the “where to play” decision making and strategic “how to win” mid- to long-term choices.
  • Intelligence: Informing the consumer/shopper facing near-term “how to win” choices of the business entities.
  • Own the innovation plan within the Portfolio strategy, collaborate with CMI manager to complete relevant portfolio research (such as BWP Next) and formulate recommendation on innovation pipeline for management decision
  • Identify NPD opportunities for our brands
  • Develop NPD concept at top level
  • Set growth targets for HH portfolio in cooperation with marketing leadership team.- Provide the Sr Brand Managers and Brand Managers with global insights for innovation and launch of innovations
  • Work closely with brand teams to identify growth platforms based on insights.- Partner with CMI & Brand Managers to develop and test concepts through the innovation funnel.
  • Develop and instill discipline around innovation process & Manage stage gate process of concept development, liquid and package testing, and partner in launch plan

  • Lead innovation strategy in line with global guidelines and in cooperation with global and regional teamLead agency relationships regarding concept testing- Cooperate with the Sr Brand managers and Brand Managers in optimizing their launch strategies for innovation

Internal Company Promotion

  • Demonstrating behaviours that are consistent with company vision, purpose, values and culture that contribute to HH's total marketing team effectiveness
  • Develop innovation tracker for all our innovations
  • Management and control of all internal and external Heineken correspondence
  • To develop and complete on time and in full on monthly report, quarterly report preparations, annual planning and strategic plans
  • Develop own competencies and skills following Heineken/HH guidelines in functional and leadership competencies and as described in PDP

Portfolio Development

  • Lead in portfolio development projects relating to Larue. Work within commercial team to lead, drive strategic thinking and develop key business plans required to help support portfolio management
  • Participate & support on ad hoc portfolio related projects where necessary

Insight- Push for the creative thinking and usage of true consumer insights for the development of innovation pipeline and projects relating to portfolio management

Job Requirement

  • University Degree. Marketing/ Marketing communication
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business/ brand management in FMCG (preferably with at least 2 years of experiencein driving innovation / new product development as part of brand management)
  • Good knowledge of beer industry in the local market
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good project (and time) management skills
  • Initiative and good team builder
  • Proven leadership skill.
